Our custom design process is very personalized and transparent. It usually begins with an initial discussion where you share your ideas, inspiration photos, and preferences for metal and gemstones.
From there, our expert jewelers will create a detailed 3D model or sketch of the design for you to review. You’ll be able to see a realistic preview of the piece before it’s made, often through computer-aided design (CAD) renderings. We invite your feedback during this stage – any changes you want will be incorporated.
We only proceed to crafting the piece once you love the design. This ensures that when your jewelry is finally handcrafted it matches your vision perfectly.
For significant diamond pieces (such as engagement rings or large gemstones), we provide an independent grading certificate for the center stone. This certificate (often from GIA, the Gemological Institute of America, or a similar respected lab) documents the diamond’s quality and characteristics for your records and insurance.
In fact, higher-value natural diamonds will always come with an official grading report in our custom pieces. We can also assist with an appraisal upon request. An appraisal is a professional assessment of the piece’s value – useful for insurance purposes – and we can arrange this for you (typically via a certified third-party appraiser) if you let us know you'll like one. In short, we stand behind the quality of our gemstones and will provide proper documentation.
Because each piece is made to order, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production of your jewelry before it ships.
The exact timeframe can vary depending on the complexity of the design – for example, a simple piece might be finished sooner, while an intricate custom design (especially one that requires special stone sourcing or multiple design revisions) could take a bit longer.
We’ll communicate an estimated timeline when you place your order. Once the piece is crafted and passes our quality checks, it is shipped to you with tracking. Overall, from start to finish, most custom projects are completed within a few weeks.

Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders, both domestic and international, as a courtesy to our customers. No matter where you are, we will securely ship your finished jewelry to you.
Every shipment is sent with tracking and is fully insured for the value of the piece for peace of mind. An adult signature confirmation is typically required upon delivery to ensure your precious jewelry arrives safely.
We do ship worldwide; however, please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
