We want you to love your jewelry, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we create. Custom-made items and pieces featuring natural center diamonds are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is due to the unique nature and sourcing of these stones. However, if there’s ever an issue with the quality or craftsmanship of your piece, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve any concerns. For all other items, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on non-custom, non-natural-diamond-center pieces. Items must be:

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, excluding shipping costs.

Each natural diamond is carefully selected just for you, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind. Because of this, and due to the value and sourcing process, we cannot accept returns on natural center diamonds. We’re always here to help guide your selection to make sure you’re 100% confident before you purchase.
